About This Role

We're seeking a safety-conscious, technically skilled maintenance professional to join our team! As our Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our facility operations, ensuring critical systems run smoothly while showcasing your troubleshooting expertise. What You'll Do

• Tackle exciting challenges daily as you maintain, modify, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated electronic and electro-mechanical systems
• Become the go-to expert for critical facility systems including conveyors, refrigeration units, ultra-low freezers, printers, dock levelers, compressors, and cutting-edge automated technologies
• Lead preventative maintenance initiatives that keep our distribution center running at peak efficiency
• Mentor and train team members, sharing your technical knowledge and helping others grow
• Apply your electrical troubleshooting skills to solve complex problems and prevent downtime

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, with specific HVACR expertise
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic and electro-mechanical systems in a distribution center environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with conveyors, refrigeration systems, ultra-low freezers, and other automated technologies
• Self-motivation and eagerness to learn new equipment and systems
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Windows XP/Windows 7 operating systems
• Familiarity with work order systems
• Knowledge of LOTO procedures and OSHA regulations
• Associate degree, trade school certification, or verifiable technical training
