What will you do?

We are actively seeking a skilled maintenance technician for our Rhome facility. This role is crucial for conducting repairs on all operational and building equipment, ensuring the seamless functioning of our site.

Compensation: The starting pay is $24.00 per hour or more, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO): Follow proper LOTO procedures to ensure equipment is safely de-energized before maintenance.

• Maintenance: Perform routine and reactive maintenance on equipment (filling equipment, hoses, pumps, etc.) to ensure safe operation and reliability.

• Quality Control: Ensure equipment is functioning correctly, perform tests to verify systems are leak-tight and weigh accurately, and maintain aesthetic standards.

• Logs: Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance and open requests.

• Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain equipment, including new systems, and oversee contractor work.

• Hazardous Materials: Safely handle gases and cylinders by interpreting labels and color codes.

• Safety Leadership: Promote a safety culture, aiming for zero injuries, emissions, and leaks.

• Housekeeping & Lean: Maintain a clean work environment, supporting 5S and lean initiatives.

Experience, Knowledge, and Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Forklift, overhead crane, and clamp operation experience or ability to become certified within 60 days

• Skilled in using hand tools with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, enabling efficient troubleshooting and repairs.

• Functional computer skills

• EPA 608 Universal Certificate or must be able to obtain within 6 months (not required
