Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining our properties and ensuring a welcoming environment for our residents. Your technical skills and customer service attitude will help us uphold our reputation!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of property and grounds to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring all aspects are in excellent condition.
• Maintain proper inventory of maintenance supplies and report when replacements are needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
• Assist in seasonal maintenance tasks, including snow removal and landscaping as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a residential setting.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, including plumbing and electrical.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible schedule and availability for on-call duties.
