Maintenance Technician

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Cincinnati, OH. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate that is based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

• Replace ceiling tile
• Replace and/or replace locks, closures
• Repair walls
• Painting rubber base
• Working on carpet & floor tiles
• Plumbing repairs; unclog sinks, toilets, fix minor leaks, etc.
• Electrical work; replace ballast bulbs, etc.
• Check equipment at facility to ensure equipment is running and in good working order
• HVAC work
• Maintain all equipment and inventory of product
• Snow removal; running snow blower & spreading calcium chloride
• Maintain door & door hardware
• Ensure accurate and timely paperwork completion
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 4+ Years of Experience
• HS Diploma or GED
• Valid DL 
• Ability to read & interpret blueprints
• Communication Skills
