Mandel Group is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Maintenance Technician II for their Lemay Lake property in Eagan, MN.

Duties of a Maintenance Tech include:

• Perform general maintenance services such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond timely to resident maintenance work order requests and notify management upon completion of requests or of pending work order needs.
• Be available to work on-call hours in a rotation, which will include some weekends and night work.
• Keep amenity areas in clean and operable condition. Maintain and monitor all safety related equipment and required records.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units in the most timely and efficient manner prior to new resident occupancy per Mandel standards.
• Grounds keeping duties to include trash removal and cleaning.

Requirements for the Maintenance Tech:

• Available for participate in the on-call rotation 
  • Frequency dependent on region and staffing levels
  • Daily paid on-call stipend
  • Paid on-call mileage 
• Prior maintenance/facilities experience

Recommended but not required skills /certifications:

• EPA Universal, type 1 or 2, certifications
• CPO certification
• 1-3 years maintenance/facilities/HVAC experience
