Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician II to join our team! This role is responsible to provide maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the community's buildings and equipment.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, drywall repair.
• Perform painting repairs including surface preparation and application.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues.
• Assist with HVAC system maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities. 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. 
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Attend safety trainings and drills.

 WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU…

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can follow written and oral instructions.
• Can perform simple math and read a tape measure.
• Have one (1) year of carpentry, painting, and/or drywall experience.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
