Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hour, commensurate

Shift Differential: + $.75/hour (3p-7a)

Shift: Rotating 12 hour schedule (7a-7p & 7p-7a, both required)

Our Butler, Pennsylvania location is in need of Molding Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment to include all aspects of plant equipment and repairs. This is a hands on position. Interested candidates must have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting and have advanced problem solving skills.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform tool changes in accordance with the production schedule
• Preventive maintenance, monitoring and maintaining the condition of all associate equipment
• Performing repairs on all equipment
• Fork truck, scissor lift, articulating boom lift operation required – will train & certify on-site
• Complete documentation under ISO/IAFT guidelines
• Perform general plant maintenance
• Train Maintenance Backups in the production department
• Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing
• Must be able to operate a forklift truck (training & certification provided)
• Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear
• Must be able to climb and work from a ladder
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to wear/tolerate all PPE equipment; safety shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses
• Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise
• Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment
