General Description:

Janitorial responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all areas of the Clubhouse, North Spa, pool areas, cabanas, Gatehouse and public spaces.

Must be able to work Holidays, nights, weekends and flexible shifts to the needs of the Associations business.  

Work Requirements:

Primary work items

• Open, Close and secure the Community buildings for daily operations.
• Check exterior lighting to ensure everything is working and replace as necessary. 
• Daily setups, room event setups and breakdowns.
• Wipe down and straighten all outside furniture.
• Clean barbeque grills, pool decks and cabanas for daily use.
• Perform all other daily, monthly and annual tasks as indicated by management.
• Ensure that Association roads, signs, gate entrances are kept clean and working properly throughout the community
• A detailed job description will be provided.

Sports Courts

• Blow sand and debris from courts
• Prepare all Sports Courts for daily play.
• Check all sports courts for damage, clean signage and ensure lighting is operational.

Requirements

Required Sills and Qualifications:

Must be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment 

Customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) 

Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English  

Organizational skills: Maintenance of workshop areas, inventory, and supplies  

Preventive maintenance of community equipment and facilities

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
