What You’ll Do:

• Oversee property maintenance, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
• Train and manage maintenance team members and vendors
• Ensure safety standards and compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC knowledge; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment repair
• Ability to handle after-hours calls
• Strong communication and leadership skills
