What You’ll Do:

• Lead maintenance operations across the community
• Supervise staff & vendors, ensuring safety & compliance
• Handle service requests, repairs, and apartment turns
• Provide excellent service to residents & team members
• Maintain property appearance and manage budgets/inventory

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry & general repairs
• Ability to handle after-hours calls and physical tasks
• Great communication and leadership skills
