What We’re Looking For
We need an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC background & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Reliable transportation & basic tools
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all property maintenance, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests & apartment make-readies
• Supervise and support maintenance team and vendors
• Maintain budgets, supplies, and safety standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
