We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work out of our Nursing Home/Arbors Gibsonia location while supervising maintenance at multiple local facilities. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. Occasional work after hours and/or on weekends due to emergencies or a special event are required. Must also be able to field calls and questions from the maintenance staff that are called in during emergencies.
Oversee all maintenance projects and repairs at the properties as well as hire, train and schedule maintenance staff.
Job Qualifications
Three years of experience as a maintenance supervisor is preferred, along with a minimum three to five years of experience in facility maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and repair of minor equipment.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures, application, and requirements. Microsoft Office software skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point are necessary for this role.
