As a Maintenance Supervisor, a typical day will include:  

• Responsible for the proper maintenance of all facilities including buildings, villas, rooms, and grounds.     

• Use the Lockout/Tag-out system before performing any maintenance work.    

• Respond and attend to Owner/guest repair requests.    

• Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment.    

• Comply with the life safety checklist, including completing the fire-pump run test and generator run test in accordance with local jurisdictions and company policies.   

• Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.    

 

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

 

To Become a Maintenance Supervisor at AAH:  

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
