In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with a dedicated maintenance crew to ensure our facility and equipment run smoothly and safely. You’ll also lead the janitorial team with pride and accountability, helping maintain a clean and efficient workplace.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and support a growing maintenance team with a focus on safety, teamwork, and accountability
• Oversee all maintenance and repair work on equipment, machinery, tools, and the facility
• Manage and improve our preventative maintenance program to reduce downtime
• Collaborate with production leadership to minimize equipment-related disruptions
• Mentor team members to develop skills and career potential
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and identify root causes quickly
• Work with third-party service providers to ensure equipment uptime
• Guide the janitorial team in maintaining a clean, safe facility
• Promote a positive, solution-focused attitude on the floor
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; formal industrial maintenance training preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial environment
• Strong working knowledge of industrial machinery repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
• Skilled in using metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) and welding is a plus
• Proven leadership ability — able to motivate and develop team members
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff, vendors, and customers
Physical Requirements:
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs consecutively throughout your shift
• Manual dexterity and vision capabilities required to operate tools and diagnose mechanical issues
• Must follow all safety procedures; this is a safety-sensitive role

Additional Info
• Occasional travel may be required
• Directly supervises maintenance and janitorial team members across multiple shifts
• Must wear safety glasses and steel-toe boots
