About the role

Titan Florida is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join our team at our Jacksonville, Florida location. The Maintenance Administrator will champion the CMMS system and works directly with the maintenance team and Maintenance Manager to carry out work order entry, creation of purchase orders, processing invoices, inventory control, and reporting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administrate the CMMS system.
  • Daily Work Order Entry.
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Work with Accounts Receiving to solve issues.
  • Place parts orders and receive parts into the system.
  • Run weekly reports.
  • Inventory control.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts.
  • Have communication with the maintenance team to help improve the process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of knowledge as a Maintenance Administrator.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data entry into a CMMS system.
  • Strong administration, written and oral communication.
  • Strongly skilled in MS Word and Excel.
  • Preferred trucking or industrial maintenance experience.
  • Inventory control.
  • Parts purchasing.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed.
  • The ability to contribute to the growth and success of the Maintenance Department.
