The Work You Will Do:
Maintenance Project Manager II - District 5 / Brevard Maintenance
This position will Administer multiple contracts for asset maintenance and performance-based contracts. Ensure compliance with the Maintenance Rating System (MRP) and the administration of payment and/or penalties as required for contract services provided. Prepare cost estimates for additional maintenance work as necessary and prepare documentation for encumbrance of funding. Coordinate with the different District Office with respect to Maintenance, Contracts, Materials, and other District staff to ensure the development and administration of local contract and repair needs. Resolve public concerns related to maintenance contracts.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Perform advanced work on the development, oversight, management, and administration of multiple contracts. Reviews, monitors, and coordinates the preparation, scheduling, and execution of work order driven, asset maintenance, and other performance-based contracts, requiring an in-depth knowledge of contract and budget administration procedures. Administer all contract requirements including, but not limited to complete Asset Maintenance Monitoring Plan, enforcement of the Maintenance Rating Program (MRP) payment and retainage and/or pen
