Maintenance Planner

Your next opportunity:  

Our Boral Asphalt team now have a great opportunity available for a Compliance and Maintenance Planner to join our team. This role can be based from our Deer Park VIC 3023 or Williamstown VIC 3016 sites.

Your day will involve:

• Generate work orders, allocate resources, and manage maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with operations to develop maintenance plans supporting production requirements
• Monitor and resolve conflicts in maintenance schedules and report performance variances
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage sub-contractor and vehicle maintenance
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records, including tare weights and contractor insurances

What are we looking for?

• Experience in logistics compliance, construction, or heavy machinery maintenance
• Knowledge of transport compliance, PBS routes, and tare weights
• Strong MS Office skills and SAP, Maximo or Oracle experience (desirable)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities
