Position Responsibilities:

• Lock out, tag out, and try out in order to prevent injuries when working on or around machinery
• Movement of machinery, equipment, flag poles, stacks, etc.
• Perform demolition projects (e.g., concrete walls, floors, small structures) using a track hoe, jackhammer, and/or concrete saw, as required Use backhoes, forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts and other mechanical equipment
• Lead and work with employees of lower classifications engaged in moving and positioning heavy equipment, real property, and installed property
• Work with and assist plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and/or mechanics, to complete their assignments, as required
• Repair various parts of site infrastructure including doors, ceiling components, concrete, carpet, and other items as needed by assigned group

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. 

“U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience as a Millwright
• Ability to pass and complete fall protection training and work with heights of seventy feet or more and not exceed weight restrictions
• Willing and able to work in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience reading and working from blueprints, sketches and plans
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts and related equipment
• Experience with lifting and rigging to perform all high rigging necessary to accomplish construction, millwright, and maintenance work including the moving of machinery, equipment

• Critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills

We are hiring for multiple positions. This topic will be discussed during the interview with the hiring team.

Must be willing to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs, however, shift assignment will be permanent once assigned.

This is an hourly position governed by the International Association of Machinists (IAM-751) Collective Bargaining agreement.
