We are seeking a skilled Maintenance / Landscaper to join our team at the Hillside Boutique Hotel in Castroville, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's grounds and ensuring that the property is in excellent condition for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs

- Maintain the hotel's landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers

- Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition

- Respond to guest requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed

- Assist with other duties as assigned by the hotel management team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in maintenance and landscaping preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
