About the role
Great Opportunity for Experienced Maintenance Tech!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Light Electrical (replacing and installing switches, sockets, light bulbs)
- Drywall and special projects as needed
- Plumbing (replace sinks and toilets)
- Pressure washing and painting
- Light carpentry
- Maintaining pool area to include blowing deck, cleaning pool furniture, pressure washing and picking up palms fronds
- Delegate and ensure timely completion of projects
