What You’ll Do:

• Keep the Wheels Turning: Oversee all maintenance operations in our beautiful facility to ensure everything from plumbing to electrical systems is functioning perfectly.

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a fantastic team of maintenance professionals who take pride in keeping our facility safe, clean, and well-maintained.

• Safety First: Ensure the building is safe and compliant with all relevant codes and regulations.

• Resident Focused: Work to create a safe, welcoming environment for our residents, because happy residents are our top priority!

• DIY Mastery: Whether it’s fixing a leak or coordinating big repair projects, you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting (but we’ll consider all backgrounds).

• Leadership skills to guide a team with a positive attitude.

• A passion for service and a can-do attitude.

• A knack for troubleshooting, repair, and project management.

• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.

Salary $60,000 -$68,000
