Your Role:

• Lead and train a team of landscapers to ensure high-quality maintenance on properties
• Work closely with Account and Property Managers to ensure contract specifications are met
• Oversee daily landscaping tasks like mowing, edging, pruning, and debris removal
• Monitor job sites, assess needs, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Handle equipment maintenance and ensure everything is ready for the day’s work

 

Qualifications

What you need : 

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (landscaping experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of plants, proper pruning, and landscaping techniques
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to work with a diverse team and communicate effectively with clients
