Maintenance Coordinator

We’re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be the hub that keeps our equipment, processes, and people aligned—ensuring our production operations run safely, efficiently, and sustainably every single day.

Day Shift Hours: Monday through Friday

Pay rate: $27.96

A Taste of the Job:

• You’ll manage the rhythm of our maintenance operations by:
• Work Order Management: Creating, managing, and prioritizing work orders for both planned preventative maintenance and unplanned repair requests.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and parts—ordering replacements or new items as needed to prevent downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities meet health and safety standards, identifying risks, and championing a culture of safety.
• Reporting & Documentation: Keeping detailed logs of maintenance activities and equipment conditions, and sharing insights and recommendations with management to drive improvement.
• Consistently high uptime on all major equipment.
• Well-coordinated maintenance schedules and minimal unplanned downtime.
• Clear communication across maintenance and production teams.
• Safe, compliant, and well-documented maintenance operations.

Path for Success/Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, CFM, or related technical certification preferred.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of OSHA and safety procedures.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and related systems.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered in place of stated requirements.
