Maintenance Assistant

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our Main Office, located in Chicago, IL.

Job responsibilities include:

• 1) Opening of Facilities.
• 2) Checking all mechanical rooms for any potential issues.
• 3) Assisting contractors.
• 4) Stocking of paper in all copier rooms.
• 5) Picking up of all trash on exterior grounds daily.  Rotation of 307 garbage 3 yarders.
• 6) Many general maintenance items including putting chairs together, hanging of pictures, replacing fridge filters, tightening toilet seats, and other maintenance duties as requested.

Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in related field
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet maintenance deadlines
• Hourly Rate: $20 - $23/hr.
