Job Description

We’re hiring a Maintenance Administrator to work onsite at our Lake Charles, LA manufacturing site. The Maintenance Administrator will report to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager and will support the maintenance organization to ensure the team’s success by managing the data that will drive action in the team. 

Responsibilities

  • SAP Super User: Prepares and publishes reports to include safety work order backlog, scaffolding usage, daily POs, KPIs, work order backlog, audits, PM compliance, and others as needed, collaborate with IT to test SAP for new functionality as needed, collaborate with Reliability team to pull data to support the Bad Actor Identification work process, and create and update equipment records as needed for changes.
  • Prometheus: Support maintenance analyst as needed to maintain correct resource levels for maintenance team to support MWMP.
  • Share Point: Create files for wo retention and planning KPIs.
  • Procurement: Track Maintenance Purchase Orders and assist the procurement group resolve supplier issues.
  • Training: Set up department training as needed to include Aspire, memos, SAC and SAP.
  • Regulatory: Tracks status of required regulatory requirements, assured grounding, ladder inspections, lifting equipment inspections, contractor evaluations, etc.
  • Team Guru: Track and update as necessary.
  • Meetings: Schedule and coordinate standard and ad hoc meetings.
  • Bids: Prepare and track job posting bids and collaborate with HR as needed.
  • Procedures: Create new and update procedures as needed. Performs periodic reviews in DMS.
  • GRs: Perform good receipts as needed.
  • Finance: Assist finance group as needed to prepare reports and resolve reporting/spend issues.
  • KPIs: Calculates and reports department metrics.
  • Tracking and reporting of department improvement actions and initiatives, consolidate nested contractor activity reporting and assist with billing resolution, coordinate on boarding and off boarding of employees, to include 150-day craft reviews in support of maintenance supervisors, manage Kronos functionality for maintenance department, and develop new reports as needed.

Physical Requirements and Environment

  • Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft.

Required Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment supporting a maintenance department.
  • Highly proficient using SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel to include creating and using pivot tables). 
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree.
  • Experience using Kronos, MS Project and Prometheus.
  • Experience using a Maintenance Work Management Process (MWMP).
