- Leads the shift or area/program by assigning, monitoring, and reviewing the progress and accuracy of technician workÂ
- Acts as a resource for the team, providing day-to-day direction and guidance on complex issues, resolving conflicts when necessary and fostering a positive work environmentÂ
- Assists leadership with teammate interviewing, selection, development, and engagementÂ
- Creates staff schedules and monitors performance, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and compliance with regulatory standardsÂ
- Trains, orients, and educates team members, ensuring competency and completion of required training programÂ
