The Role at a Glance

 

This position will perform and deliver on highly routine work for their assigned area(s) of responsibility in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. They will be responsible for supporting functions within the Mail Services operation. They will also provide routine mail services support services to internal customers including scanning prepped mail into electronic images within the Automated Work Distribution System (AWD).

 

What you'll be doing

 

• Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Delivers highly routine work and provides general information, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately.
• Performs basic task/transactions related to common programs and services by acquiring core knowledge required for the role.
• Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
• Works overtime as needed.
• Applies foundational knowledge to processing all incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, Certified, Registered and Express) including researching, preparing and scanning documents.
• Prepares documents for scanning, operates imaging equipment, and/or indexes the imaged correspondence via the Mavro System.
• Performs specific data entry functions.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.08 

 

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
