This position is located at the Milliken – Magnolia Plant located in Blacksburg, SC and reports to the Process Improvement Manager.  The position is responsible for leading continuous improvement efforts at the site.   Typical hours are Monday—Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  However, due to continuous operations of the plant, the work schedule may require arriving before 8:00 am, staying beyond 5:00 pm, and participation in the management team weekend rotation schedule.
