This job posting is for 2nd shift, initially working a schedule of Monday through Friday and some Saturdays, and then a rotational schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off one week, and 3 days on, 4 days off the following week when the plant moves to a 7-day operation.  Work hours are generally 1:40 p.m. to approximately 11:00 p.m./midnight.  The base rate of pay is $21.90/hour, plus a shift premium of $1.00/hour. Team members must be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.  This position is eligible for overtime pay.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for moving, placing, and positioning raw product as it is entered into inventory 

• Completes all required paperwork, both written and computer-generated, plus data entry 

• Coordinates with blender operator on raw materials being used for the day 

• Operates forklift in a safe and effective manner frequently 

• All team members are responsible for safety, including but not limited to, personal safety and food safety 

• Complies with all company and USDA policies/guidelines and reports known or suspected violations 

• Attends monthly and annual required training (e.g., Safety, HACCP, HR topics, LOTO, PIT) 

• Performs other duties, as assigned
