Our company offers great benefits including monthly bonus.</strong></p> <p><strong>Note: </strong>Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <p><strong>We are hiring for 2^nd and 3rd shift:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday &nbsp;2:00pm - 10:30pm</li> <li>Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am</li> <li>Overtime required</li> </ul> <p><strong>We are looking for: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Hard working individuals, wanting to excel in their profession</li> <li>Self-starting team player with a positive attitude and good communication</li> <li>Considers attendance &amp; punctuality a priority</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing material</li> <li>Determine sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders</li> <li>Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls</li> <li>Maintain specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls</li> <li>Resolve production problems by altering process to meet specifications, notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources</li> <li>Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs</li> <li>Documents actions by completing production and quality logs</li> <li>Contributes to team effort working in other areas as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail, safety and quality</li> <li>Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge is beneficial</li> <li>Capable of solving prob
