Machine Learning Engineer [Multilingual NLP]

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Multilingual Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to enable language understanding and generation across multiple languages. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy NLP solutions that enhance user experiences and drive innovation in our products.

What you will be doing:

• Design and implement advanced multilingual NLP models and algorithms, including but not limited to machine translation, text summarization, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and language generation.
• Collect, preprocess, and curate multilingual text and language data for training, validation, and testing purposes.
• Develop and maintain efficient pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in multilingual NLP, machine learning, and related technologies by participating in conferences, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives.

What you must bring:

• 5+ years of experience working on multilingual NLP projects, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects showcasing your expertise.
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including deep learning architectures, neural networks, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of linguistics, language structure, and syntactic/semantic analysis across multiple languages.
• Experience with deploying NLP models in production environments and working with graph technologies is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
