The IS&T Mergers & Acquisitions team maintains accountability for all IS&T activities globally to ensure the seamless integration of people and technology into Apple. The team is responsible for the project management methodology, documentation and templates, KPI’s, executive reporting, and delivery activities for all M&A integration projects. Members work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, technical engineers, trainers, support teams, information security, and others to successfully integrate acquired organizations. The Project Manager role oversees the planning, execution, and operational transition of M&A integration projects. It orchestrates project communication, marshals resources based on needs, drives solutions to unique integration requirements, manages project timelines, and otherwise facilitates the transition of acquired companies into the Apple corporate environment. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring a strong ability to align diverse teams on a common goal. A blend of business and technical acumen coupled with project management discipline is critical to success.Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferredPMP or other project management certification a plus
A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
Effectively coordinates work and communication across disparate groups of individuals
Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts to all levels of personnel (staff to executive)
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
Able to quickly adapt to new technical and functional concepts
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years related M&A experienceProven track record of managing technical activities on M&A integration projects in a global environment
Clear understanding of networking, e-mail, web server, DNS, and domain technologies
