At Suburban Subaru of Troy, part of the nationwide Lithia Motors family (180+ dealerships strong), you’ll help carry forward the Subaru Love Promise by guiding new owners through their vehicle delivery and ensuring every guest leaves thrilled with their Subaru purchase.

❤️ What You’ll Do — The Subaru Way

As our Love Encore Delivery Specialist, you’ll be the friendly expert who makes the delivery experience seamless, joyful, and organized.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate each morning with the Sales Team & F&I Manager to schedule Subaru deliveries

• Review all deal paperwork and scan to our Central Billing Office (CBO)

• Confirm all stipulations and prepare documents requiring customer signatures

• Serve as the liaison between the store and the CBO for questions or missing items

• Track daily deliveries and ensure they’re processed correctly and on time

• After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V‑Auto, recap, commissions, and documentation

• Return completed deals to the CBO

• Assist in resolving any funding delays promptly and professionally

• Ability to stay organized and manage your own schedule

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
