We are seeking a qualified Logistics Support Analyst to join our team, providing essential support to the Motor Vehicle Program Office (MVPO). This role is integral to the operation of the FAA's largest motor fleet, consisting of over 100 vehicles. The analyst will handle program coordination, vehicle scheduling, records management, and compliance with FAA policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with federal and contract personnel to ensure seamless program execution and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
We are seeking a qualified Logistics Support Analyst to join our team, providing essential support to the Motor Vehicle Program Office (MVPO). This role is integral to the operation of the FAA's largest motor fleet, consisting of over 100 vehicles. The analyst will handle program coordination, vehicle scheduling, records management, and compliance with FAA policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will work closely with federal and contract personnel to ensure seamless program execution and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Government-Owned Vehicle matters, providing guidance on FAA Orders and policies.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, recalls, replacements, and GSA lease renewals.
- Manage vehicle records, including accident reports and fleet card transactions.
- Oversee the loaner vehicle pool, including scheduling, dispatching, and data tracking.
- Maintain the Technical Center’s Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations and enforce related policies.
- Manage EZ Pass accounts, including tracking balances, violations, and issuing transponders.
- Support budget tracking for vehicle maintenance and fuel expenses; report fuel data, as required.
- Update and maintain federal and FAA vehicle registration systems and databases.
- Utilize GSA tools and liaise with the FAA National Fleet Manager and GSA representatives, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 24 semester hours, in any combination, of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Must possess experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft product experience should include proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point at a minimum.
- Experience with Federal Motor Vehicle Registration System (FMVRS), FAA Motor Vehicle System, and Archibus.
- Prior federal government experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of GSA Fleet Drive Thru and GSA AutoChoice.
