MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Support Analyst to join our Fleet Readiness Center Software Support Activity team in Jacksonville, FL. This position is onsite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Duplicate software using the VinPower Digital Shark Duplicators for release and testing software

• Label software using the Epson Disc Producer

• Package software based on customer and FedEx requirements

• Ship software per the release requirements

• Track all packages that leave the building including their tamper evident number, tracking number, and delivery date/signature information (requires excel)

• Once releases are shipped, send an email notification to all recipients that includes the technical directive and summary of changes information, add to the tracking document

• Communicate with customers as they email/call related to their packages

• Follow-up with FedEx as necessary while packages go missing or are not scanned into their system

• Ensure a claim is put in where needed to track these discrepancies

• Update the master list for address and quantity requirements per location based on emails/phone calls received

• Take inventory and put in orders with customers for office/blank media needs and take part in weekly meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• 3+ years of experience related to shipping, receiving, and tracking of software products or similar materials

• Experience providing customer service communications via email and phone

• Must have experience or the willingness to learn production of software disc and labeling of software products

• Proficient with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Software Configuration Management and Logistics

• Experience in producing/duplicating software discs, labeling, shipping and tracking of software products

• Experience using VinPower Digital Shark Duplicators or similar equipment

• Experience in shipping, tracking, and filing FedEx claims for missing packages
