We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the exciting Wish Summer Internship program for the Wish Global Logistics team. The successful candidate will support our global logistic operations and participate in strategic projects within our growing and fast evolving organization. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cross-border eCommerce, shipping and logistics, project, program and product development and management.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast paced eCommerce environment, working alongside industry professionals. Expose yourself to cutting edge logistic processes and technologies in a global environment. You will also have the opportunity to develop and strengthen your project management, communication and analytical skills. This will provide networking opportunities within the company and industry which might open doors for future career opportunities.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Confirm data accuracy during weekly, monthly or quarterly review preparation and perform in-depth analysis from a WGL perspective. Deep dive into data anomaly and generate hypotheses and present findings and recommended solutions with context from broader information sources and cross functional teams, under manager’s guidance.
• Support program launches and monitoring by providing data aggregation and model verification internally and cross-functionally, in collaboration with DS, Product, Merchant Operation, and Finance teams under manager’s guidance
• Aid in tracking global program progress and team goal achievement
• Support the launch of specific programs when the opportunity arises
• Design and manage information flows with sense of curiosity and exploration, including master data and logistics processes

Qualifications

• Current Student Enrolled in an Undergraduate Program or Graduate Program
• Able to gather, manipulate, analyze, interpret and present data with SQL, in Tableau, Superset or other data visualization tools. 
• Exceptional analytical and data-gathering skills, including the ability to transform large data sets into actionable insights
• Have basic understanding of the selling process and the ecosystem of CBT eCommerce marketplaces
• Understand SOP/SLA/KPI design and implementation, management
• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, persistence in overcoming obstacles and opposition, bias for action.
