Logistics Manager – North America

As part of our expanding international team, we’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager – North America, to take charge of our end-to-end logistics operations and drive performance across our North American supply chain.

The Opportunity

The role leads the logistics function across North America—ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant export operations. You'll oversee third-party logistics partnerships, documentation and customs compliance, and lead a small, high-performing logistics team, all while keeping a sharp eye on data, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and optimise export logistics, from booking cargo to dispatching trucks
• Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with trade and customs regulations
• Lead relationships with carriers and 3PLs to secure reliable, cost-effective service
• Track logistics performance and drive process and cost improvements
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing team with a customer-first mindset
• Maintain safety standards and support company health & safety protocols

About You

Our ideal candidate will bring a background in logistics, supply chain, or international shipping, with SAP and export business experience preferable. You’ll also demonstrate:

• Proven experience allocating cargo, booking freight, and managing customs
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance requirements
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Confident handling shipping portals, dispatch tools, and documentation systems
• Experience negotiating shipping contracts and rates
