The Material Distribution Center (MDC) team which includes Receiving Inspection, Production Warehouse, Service Center Warehouse, dock and the Wire Center. Joining this team means you will be a part of a new family and bringing more work to the Coralville facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the parts needed in manufacturing and our external customers is delivered on time. This includes layout and improving the process flow.

What You Will Do:

• Utilize analytical thinking skills for equipment troubleshooting and productivity improvements

• Work directly with production assembly areas requiring effective communication skills to understand issues that arise as well as provide input on ways to improve material distribution.

• Evaluate effectiveness of current processes and identify improvements

• Review of automated process equipment for efficiency improvements

• Utilize data analytics to make data driven decisions

• Create and manage maintenance work orders to implement improvements and reduce outsourcing 

What You Will Learn:

• Create a network of employees and suppliers to complete all of your duties

• Learn to work with different levels of employees

• Expand your knowledge on Microsoft programs

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Able to work with suppliers on equipment and programs

• Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
