Responsibilities:

• Locksmith Duties: Install, repair, and maintain locks and security systems.
• General Handyman Work: Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience in locksmithing and general maintenance required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have personal tools for the job.
