 Preparing annual plan with MAC’S team and Tyndale
 Support and monitor marketing budget
 Provide store communication of marketing plan

Sale events
 Support and completion of monthly promotional item list
 Proof and edit creative from Circulars Unlimited and Tyndale
 Process sale signs and posters
 Prepare the social media plan for Tyndale, including email direction
 Creation of additional social media posts with store and product images
 Provide sale support for website carousel, counter specials, etc.
 Send store promotional direction
 Create and maintain Eagle promo
 Sale performance reporting

Hot Sheet
 Create hot sheet handout for store printing
 Review and maintain monthly item list
 Create and maintain Eagle promo
 Sharing files with stores and Tyndale

 Provide direction and support for stores and customers
 Prepare daily & Weekly reports

Local Events, Giveaways
 Complete event registration
 Creation of signs, banners, and supporting material
 Maintain prize award records to stay in compliance with state rules and regulations

Exterior Signs, Special Signs and Display Signs
 Creating and maintaining special signs
 Preparing and sending items to store locations
 Obtaining quotes, authorization, and project management

Website Support
 Monitor and support function of website features and data
 Provide direction to Tyndale or Help Desk for updates or changes

TV monitors - Create and maintain monitors in three stores - Employee anniversary certificates - Create and send to stores - Maintain historical records of MAC'S - Corporate Phone Line - Answer calls - Website Email - Monitor and reply to inquiries - Scanning mail to appropriate departments

Pay Range = $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
