About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Loan Services team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for the worlds largest alterative credit lenders.   Citco’s total loan portfolio exceeds 100B, across a variety of asset and loan types including publicly traded bank debt, private syndications, middle market transactions, and commercial real estate. We provide shadow and direct loan agency.

This is an analytical and multi-faceted role that requires the team member to be able to analyze and maintain a range of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events in support of loan agency administrative functions and documentation preparation. 
 

Your Role: 

As an Analyst in Asset Management will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Responsible for supporting a portfolio of 50-100 loans across 2-3 clients. 
• Conduct initial abstract of loan transactions and any and all amendments 
• Support New Loan Boarding with regards to any questions they may regarding initial setup
•  Ensure all transactions are received from Client and provided for recording in system or record, along with validation and follow up to ensure proper recording and set up of same
• Track and prepare initial financial analysis including operating statements, budget and variance review, loan administration and borrower support, workout and foreclosure analysis, lease analysis, appraisal and engineering report reviews, etc.
• Review and interpret legal documents, such as loan agreements, guarantees, and promissory notes, and coordinate with borrower and respective staff to ensure the loans remain in compliance.
• Additional loan servicing and reporting as needed.
   

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and/or Accounting
• Relevant experience preferred in risk/financial analysis, valuations, relationship management, workouts, capital markets and Asset Management
• Knowledge of real estate markets with a particular emphasis on multifamily, office, retail and senior living sectors
• Project management, leadership and organizational skills
• The ability to "think outside the box" and present ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Experienced in maintaining a control environment and adhering to standard operation procedures
• Flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverables
• Sentry PM or Cassiopeia a distinct advantage
   

Salary Range: USD $51,000 – 75,100
