The Loan Servicer is responsible for all post-loan closing activities, primarily the posting and maintenance of retail, consumer, and commercial loans. This position ensures the integrity and accuracy of loan information, including servicing, tracking, maintenance, and reporting activities. This role handles a wide variety of tasks that require mental complexity, accuracy, and timeliness as they relate to the magnitude of the tasks. Must be motivated with the ability to structure each day to ensure that all tasks are completed within deadlines. Ensures compliance with all bank policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
 

Qualified candidates will have:

1. Associate’s degree in related field and/or 2+ years of comparable work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, including tact and professionalism.
3. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
4. Be a team player and exhibit a positive attitude in high-stress situations. Adapt easily to priorities, initiatives, and direction changes.
5. An ability to meet department goals and job expectations in a rapidly growing business environment, able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and accuracy.
6. Must be able to work independently and be comfortable diving into the unknown, as each job function may vary and be situational.
7. Must possess comprehension, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
8. Advanced math skills; calculating interest and proportions; computing rates, ratios, and percentages.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $34.00 per hour.
