In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
Loan Administration/Customer Service:
- Process daily incoming returned documents.
- Sort, track and monitor incoming mail.
- Review incoming documents for accuracy.
- Organize outgoing documents for both borrowers and other agencies.
- File and monitor documents both incoming/outgoing.
- Track required insurance product, ensure receipt from title companies.
- Respond to general customer inquiries from other departments.
- Supporting Modification Team Specialist’s as needed.
- Facilitate document workflow as needed.
Reliability & Engagement:
- Maintains good attendance and punctuality.
- Responsible for adhering to work schedules and ensuring that supervisor is apprised of any schedule changes due to unforeseen appointments or schedule conflicts.
Personal Development:
- Participates in training and other educational classes that will benefit the Association and the individual as it relates to the job.
- Is a team player and works toward Association goals.
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Position qualifications are the following:
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration and residential real estate lending preferred.
- Loan servicing or a combination of education and experience in related fields which clearly demonstrates a thorough understanding of the functions listed above preferred.
