Title of Position: Video Systems Engineer
Summary of Position:
The Live Production team at Gateway Church is responsible for stewarding the live expression of Gateway. The Lead Video Systems Engineer is to provide technical expertise around all live video systems including but not limited to switchers, routers, video infrastructure, LED and other live production systems at Gateway Church.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for install, support and maintenance of video systems across all Gateway campuses and venues.
Serve as rotation and on-call technical support for weekend services, special events, and conferences.
Work with other LP System team members to maximize the quality and efficiency of our systems.
Ticketing and servicing software for internal tracking and communication.
Required Skills and Job Complexity:
Unique Skills and Knowledge
o Strong knowledge of video systems and LED design and implementations.
o Strong knowledge of troubleshooting.
o Relationship-based communication with live production teams including our central departments and campuses.
o General understanding of rigging and safety.
o General understanding of all live production aspects: audio, video, lighting, and control.Problem Solving and Decision Making

Required Education/ Certification(s)
o 5+ years of AVL production experience.Physical Capabilities
o Capable of lifting and/or moving 50 lbs.
o Working with heights on aerial lifts and ladders.
