As Liner Hanger Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to the Geomarkets for Liner Hanger tools.
- Updating and reviewing changes to Liner Hanger global documents.
- Leading Geomarket applications engineers in their product and applications prioritization and work in alignment with Global Product Line strategy.
- Collaborating with Geomarket Sales and Operations teams to develop and champion product design improvements.
- Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Revenue (NPR) efforts by training Sales, Operations, and Customers on new products and services.
- Assisting with technical preparation of key Liner Hanger tenders and bids.
- Working on Field Incidents related to products/services
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in Liner Hanger Operations or Engineering roles OR Non-degreed candidate with 10+years of Liner Hanger operations experience.
- Thorough technical background in with focus on Liner Hanger products, technologies, and installation.
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support.
- Ability to be on call outside of normal business hours
- Thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
- Fluency in English is required
- Must have the ability to travel (typically travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, etc.)
Desired Characteristics:
- Able to use the available processes and software tools available in BHI for Wellbore Construction (TubeMove, SwellPREdictor, Torque & Drag, SAP, etc.)
- Rig site experience with installation of Wellbore Construction products.
- Experience in District Engineering job role
- Fluency in Spanish
