The Ideal Candidate
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production line operation
- Sound knowledge of food safety, GMP, and HSE policies and procedures
- Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- IT literacy, with the ability to manage systems and performance data
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge inefficiencies
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role (minimum)
- Experience managing performance, people development, and compliance standards
- Confident and resilient under pressure
- Results-driven with a passion for improvement
- Strong team ethic – committed to building high-performing, collaborative teams
- Analytical, with the ability to identify and resolve production or equipment issues
- Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead production lines through effective people and asset management
- Ensure production targets are met and escalate issues where necessary
- Maintain compliance with all relevant site, statutory and legislative policies and procedures
- Monitor real-time performance through SIC boards, Lean Driver, and Hellenic systems, identifying actions for improvement
- Maximise productivity, ensuring output meets quality, cost and delivery expectations
- Coordinate with other departments and facilitate effective communication across shifts
- Ensure consistent and high-quality shift handovers
- Manage the training, development, and motivation of shift personnel
- Monitor absence and attendance, carrying out return-to-work interviews and supporting disciplinary processes where needed
- Ensure availability of all necessary raw materials and packaging prior to manufacture
- Drive site improvement targets and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete audits, shift KPIs and production documentation to the required standard
- Champion health & safety, GMP, traceability, and food safety compliance
- Lead by example in promoting a safe and efficient working environment
