About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our Operations team. This is an hourly, full-time position that plays a pivotal role in preparing high-quality meals and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards, ensuring consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, complying with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient preparation of orders and seamless service.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
• Handle special requests or dietary needs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor food stock levels and notify management of shortages or issues.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture while working efficiently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a line cook or similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience.
