We are looking for a Lifecycle Site Coordinator to join our team of devoted caregivers. Within this role, you will work one-on-one with technical caregivers to enhance the quality and effectively replace computer systems. You will provide caregivers with the most recent advances in technology to help enhance and improve their daily work lives.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM—5:00PM, with the availability to travel within Northeast Ohio 75% of the time.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Maintain servers and workstations at the highest level of availability, reliability, and performance.
Configure, install and maintain departmental file and applications servers and workstations.
Maintain system integrity through security and backups and Disaster Recovery procedures
Administer departmental network including adding and deleting users.
Reset passwords and support applications.
Administer departmental application licenses.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
High School diploma or GED
ITIL Foundations certification within six months of start date
Four years of experience in information systems
Network administration, workstation/server troubleshooting experience, personal computer and UNIX architectures and interface components experience
Experience installing and configuring file systems, network operating systems, shell scripting and automating management processes
