Responsibilities include:Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and hospitalityScheduling appointments and managing patient records with accuracy and careMaintaining a clean and welcoming reception areaCommunicating efficiently between the front and back-office teamsTaking vital signs, performing venipuncture, processing labs, and supporting clinical procedures (if MA or LVN)Maintaining HIPAA compliance and upholding the dignity and confidentiality of every patientSupporting nurses and providers in daily clinical operationsEnsuring all interactions reflect the love of Christ through kindness, service, and excellence Who You Are:A Medical Assistant (certified preferred) or LPN with prior clinical or front office experienceWarm, professional, and grounded in a service-oriented mindsetOrganized, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a close-knit teamComfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and handling administrative tasksSomeone who finds joy in serving others and aligns with our faith-based mission
