Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  
  
• Perform routine patient assessments, including vital signs and health screenings.
  
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  
  
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with facility policies.
  
  
• Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
  
  
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
  
  
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
  
  
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  
  
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
  
  
• Ability to work in a secure and regulated environment.
  
  
• Flexibility to adapt to facility schedules, including potential weekends or holidays.
  
  
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  
  

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
